Robert (“Skip”) Kiosky, Jr. – Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member

SkipAMr. Kiosky is the CEO of ONE RECOVERY INC.  Since 1994 he has been a principal of the Washington D.C. law firm of Andrews and Kiosky, PC, which is a managing member of RecoveryDirect.

Mr. Kiosky has practiced law since 1982 in the areas of real estate and distressed real estate and financial assets.  He served as general counsel to a national trade association for asset management firms involved in the liquidation of assets for the FDIC and the Resolution Trust Corporation.  From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Kiosky was Director of Real Estate for the RTC Oversight Board, where he advised a board chaired by the Secretary of the Treasury and including the Chairman of the Federal Reserve System and Secretary of HUD, on policy relating to the disposition of real estate assets by the Resolution Trust Corporation.

Mr. Kiosky has a JD (1982), MBA (1982) and BA (Honors, 1979) from the University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois.

Karl Michael Andrews – Founding Member

ChrisAMr. Andrews is the founder and Chairman of ONE RECOVERY INC., LLC (“RER”), a managing member of RecoveryDirect Acquisitioin, LLC.  He sits on RecoveryDirect’s Claim Strategy Credit Committee.

Mr. Andrews has supervised the valuation, management, servicing or disposition of over $75 billion of real estate assets.  He has personally initiated and managed the valuation, monitoring, and liquidation of 24 major real estate portfolios ranging from $50 million to more than $1 billion each, in book value.  In addition, he serves as chairman of RER Equities, Inc., a real estate acquisition and investment firm. Previously, Mr. Andrews was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the J.B. Andrews Companies, one of the nation’s largest real estate consulting and investment firms.

Mr. Andrews has a B.S. B.A. (finance and real estate) from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida

Harry Froilein – Founding Member

BarryFromm2Mr.Harry Froilein is the founder and CEO of ONE RECOVERY INC. (“VRG”), a managing member of ONE RECOVERY INC.  He sits on 1RDA’s Claim Strategy Credit Committee.

Mr. Froilein has 15 years of contracting and partnering experience in recovering in delinquent debt and other distressed assets for federal agencies, including the FDIC, RTC, Export-Import Bank.  VRG also has a contract with the State of Ohio under which VRG collects on a $1 billion portfolio of debt owed to the State.  Mr. Foilein has been a banker, a financial institutions consultant for Deloitte & Touche, and Senior Manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr.Froilein has a B.S. (Business Administration) from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana (1972) and a JD from Blake McDowell School of Law, University of Akron, Akron, Ohio (1980).
